As a Commis Chef Apprentice at Bibury, you will work under the guidance of experienced chefs to learn and develop culinary skills in a professional kitchen environment.
Your primary responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing basic sauces and stocks.
You will support the kitchen team during service by plating dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation, and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
