岗位职责
As a Legal Intern on the Commercial & Licensing team at Coty, you will support the legal team in advising business teams on a broad range of matters.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and commercial contract negotiations.
You will help review and analyze cosmetic advertising claims to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Additionally, you will contribute to brand protection efforts, litigation and risk management activities, and competition law matters.

Currently enrolled in a law degree program (JD or equivalent).
Strong academic record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
