Intern, Feasiblity

The Marriott Development Planning and Feasibility Intern will support the team in evaluating hotel development opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to assess the feasibility of potential hotel projects. The intern will assist in preparing financial models, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and return on investment analyses. They will gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor performance, and economic indicators to inform decision-making.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in hospitality management, real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
