Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore, you will build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program. Your responsibilities include supporting daily hotel operations across various departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. You will assist in ensuring seamless guest experiences by coordinating with team members, handling guest inquiries and requests, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Currently enrolled in a university or college program related to hospitality management, business administration, or a similar field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
