岗位职责
As an Intern in eCommerce Operations, you will support the daily management and optimization of our online sales channels. Your responsibilities include:
Order Management: Monitor and process eCommerce orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate inventory allocation. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues.
Data Analysis: Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment. Generate weekly reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
