岗位职责
As a Parks and Gardens Apprentice, you will work alongside the University of Queensland team to develop practical skills in horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the maintenance and care of parks, gardens, and green spaces, including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
Operating and maintaining horticultural tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Supporting landscaping projects such as turf establishment, irrigation installation, and soil preparation.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
A genuine interest in horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance.
Previous exposure to gardening or a relevant pre-vocational course is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
