Apprentice Development Coach

As an Apprentice Development Coach, you will provide support, mentoring, and coaching to a caseload of apprentices, helping them progress through their apprenticeship programs. Your primary responsibilities include: Apprentice Support and Mentoring: Deliver one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to apprentices, addressing their individual development needs and ensuring they stay on track with their learning goals. Progress Monitoring: Regularly review apprentice progress against program milestones, identify any barriers to success, and implement strategies to overcome challenges.

To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training individuals, preferably in an educational or vocational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of learners and employers.
