Intermediate Care Technician

This position serves as an advanced technician for outpatient care settings, including primary care, mental health, and specialty clinics. As an ICT Generalist, the applicant may work in a medical center, community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC), or mobile medical unit. Responsibilities include administering medications by mouth or injection (intramuscular or subcutaneously), monitoring the administration of intravenous solutions for proper timing and replacement of medication and/or proper flow.

Applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of 06/09/2026. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Current Federal employees who have held a GS-6 grade at any time in the past 52 weeks must have served 52 weeks at the GS-6 to be eligible for a GS-7 position.
