PTSD Psychologist - Evidence Based Psychotherapy-EDRP-Recruitment/Relocation Incentives

【岗位职责】 提供基于循证的心理治疗给患有创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）的退伍军人；进行全面的心理评估，诊断PTSD及相关疾病；使用认知处理疗法（CPT）、延长暴露疗法（PE）和眼动脱敏与再加工（EMDR）等循证模式制定个性化治疗计划；开展个体和团体治疗课程，监测患者进展并根据需要调整干预措施以优化结果；与跨学科团队（包括精神科医生、社会工作者和初级保健提供者）协作，协调整体护理；按照VA政策和标准维护准确的临床文档；参与病例会议并贡献于质量改进计划；为其他临床医生提供PTSD治疗咨询；参与心理学实习生和受训者的培训或督导。 【任职要求】 遵守伦理指南；致力于为多元退伍军人群体提供文化胜任的护理。

Qualifications include: (1) United States citizenship; non-citizens may be appointed only when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. (2) A doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), with a specialty consistent with the assignment. (3) Successful completion of a professional psychology internship training program accredited by the APA or CPA at the time the program was completed and consistent with the assignment. (4) Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist in a U.S. state or territory. (5) Experience or training in evidence-based psychotherapies for PTSD, such as CPT, PE, or EMDR. (6) Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. (7) Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment. (8) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (9) Commitment to veteran-centered care and cultural competence.
