As an Administration Apprentice within the Learning & Development team, you will work closely with the Learning & Development Coordinator and People Development Business Partner to support the delivery and implementation of agreed training needs. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the coordination and administration of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
Maintaining accurate training records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Administrative experience, with a keen interest in moving into a Learning & Development environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
