Psychologist (PTSD/EBP)-EDRP-Recruitment/Relocation Incentives

【岗位职责】 提供针对创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）及其他创伤相关疾病的循证心理治疗（EBP），包括实施认知处理疗法（CPT）、延长暴露疗法（PE）和眼动脱敏与再加工（EMDR）等个体及团体治疗；进行全面的心理评估，诊断心理健康障碍，并制定个性化治疗计划；与精神科医生、社会工作者和护士等多学科团队协作，协调患者护理并确保综合治疗方案；在电子健康记录中维护准确的临床文档，参与病例讨论，并为其他医疗提供者提供创伤知情护理咨询；参与项目评估和质量改进计划以提升服务效果；监督心理学实习生、实习学生或博士后研究员，促进培训与专业发展；开展外展工作以吸引退伍军人参与治疗并减少护理障碍；遵守伦理指南和退伍军人事务部政策，确保文化胜任和以患者为中心的护理。 【任职要求】 具备心理学博士学位（临床或咨询心理学方向），持有有效的州心理学执照；拥有在退伍军人事务部医疗环境中提供PTSD循证治疗的经验；精通认知处理疗法（CPT）、延长暴露疗法（PE）和眼动脱敏与再加工（EMDR）等实证支持疗法；具备出色的评估、诊断和临床文档能力；能够与跨学科团队有效协作并提供咨询；有监督心理学受训者的经验者优先；致力于持续学习PTSD研究和临床实践的最新进展，并参加相关培训与研讨会；具备文化胜任力，能够为多元背景的退伍军人提供以患者为中心的护理。

Qualifications include a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty consistent with the assignment. Alternatively, a doctoral degree in any area of psychology with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program in a consistent specialty, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature. Successful completion of a professional psychology internship accredited by APA or CPA consistent with the assignment is required. New VHA psychology internship programs applying for APA accreditation are acceptable if sanctioned by VHA Central Office. VHA facilities offering full-time, one-year pre-doctoral internships prior to PL 96-151 (pre-1979) are acceptable. Applicants with a non-accredited internship may be eligible if board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in a consistent specialty. United States citizenship is required; non-citizens may be appointed only when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
