Intern, Rooms Operations

As an Intern in Rooms Operations, you will support the daily operations of the rooms division, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services. Your responsibilities will include assisting with guest check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. You will also participate in training sessions to learn about Marriott's service standards and operational procedures.

Currently enrolled in a university or college program, preferably in hospitality management or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
