As an Operating Room Nurse Intern at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, you will participate in a structured internship program designed to develop your skills in perioperative nursing. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
Supporting the surgical team by handing instruments and supplies to surgeons and nurses during procedures.
Monitoring patient vital signs and communicating changes to the surgical team.

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following qualifications:
Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program, with completion of fundamental nursing courses.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
