As an Internal Coordinator - Customer Service, you will report to the Director of Customer Service and be responsible for ensuring seamless internal coordination to support client projects. Your primary duties include:
Order Management: Oversee the entire order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
Client Communication: Act as the primary internal point of contact for client inquiries, providing updates on order status, production timelines, and potential delays.

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar coordination role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMC
