Internship Learning & Development

As an Intern in Learning & Development at Lufthansa Technik AG, you will engage with current and diverse topics within the field, contributing to strategic projects and operational tasks. Your responsibilities include: Driving and developing strategic projects in Learning & Development. Assisting in the design and organization of workshops. Supporting day-to-day operational tasks. Designing communication materials. Contributing to process evaluations and program developments. Collaborating closely with team members on various initiatives.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Strong interest in Learning & Development. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
