Registered Nurse - Community Living Center Sunflower

As a Registered Nurse in the Community Living Center Sunflower, you will deliver direct patient care to a diverse population of Veterans in a long-term care setting. Your responsibilities include performing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will monitor patient conditions, document clinical findings accurately, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

Basic Requirements: Proficiency in basic written and spoken English as per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f).
