Registered Nurse - Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

As a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to veterans with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities include conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' mental health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing evidence-based nursing interventions. You will administer medications, including psychotropic drugs, and monitor patients for therapeutic responses and adverse effects.
