Internship - Bioprocess Data Science and Causal AI

As an intern in Bioprocess Data Science and Causal AI, you will support the development of Digital Twins for large-scale mammalian cell culture manufacturing. Your responsibilities include using time-course data from online sensors and offline metabolite measurements to predict process dynamics. You will work on integrating causal inference methods with machine learning models to enhance the predictive accuracy and interpretability of bioprocess models. Additionally, you will assist in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure robust performance.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
