As a Quantitative Trader Intern at Susquehanna, you will apply decision science and quantitative reasoning to solve complex problems in financial markets. Your responsibilities include:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze market data to identify trading opportunities, develop and test quantitative trading strategies using statistical models and algorithms.
Risk Management: Assess and manage risk exposure in real-time, ensuring strategies align with firm risk parameters.

Be a penultimate year student (graduating in 2027) pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, engineering, or related disciplines.
