岗位职责
As a Junior Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. Your key duties will include:
Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining vendor records.
Daily Banking: Managing daily bank transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
Bank Reconciliations: Performing regular reconciliations of bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Reception Relief: Providing occasional support at the front desk, handling phone calls and inquiries.
