As an AI Scientist at Maki People, you will be at the forefront of transforming hiring through innovation and rigorous research. Your primary responsibilities include:
Research and Development: Drive the creation and expansion of a cutting-edge library of assessments and tools. Design and validate novel psychometric tests and AI-driven evaluation methods to enhance candidate assessment accuracy.
Algorithm Design: Develop and implement machine learning models and natural language processing algorithms to analyze candidate responses, predict job performance, and reduce bias in hiring processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in applied AI research, preferably in HR tech, psychometrics, or talent assessment.
