岗位职责
As an Apprenticeship Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting apprentices through their training programs. Your primary duties include:
Apprentice Support: Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to apprentices, ensuring they understand their training requirements and career pathways. Address any concerns or challenges they may face during their apprenticeship.
Program Coordination: Coordinate with employers, training providers, and apprentices to schedule training sessions, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, such as apprenticeship coordination, vocational training, or human resources with a focus on workforce development.
