As a Commis aux Ventes Internes, you will be responsible for supporting the internal sales team in managing customer accounts and driving sales growth. Your primary duties include:
Customer Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
