As the Directeur adjoint aux ventes internes, you will support the internal sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
Sales Support: Assist the internal sales team in managing daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries. Coordinate with external sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor internal sales staff, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal sales or sales management, preferably in the steel distribution or industrial sector.
