Internship within Electric Propulsion

As an intern within the Electric Propulsion team at the Laboratory for Enabling Technologies (LET), you will support the development and testing of electric propulsion systems for spacecraft. Your responsibilities include assisting in the design and execution of experiments for electric thrusters, including setup, data acquisition, and analysis. You will contribute to the characterization of thruster performance parameters such as thrust, specific impulse, and efficiency using diagnostic tools like Faraday probes, Langmuir probes, and mass spectrometers.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Basic knowledge of electric propulsion concepts and plasma physics is preferred.
