Recruitment Consultant June, July, August Start Date

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will join one of our six industry-leading brands and play a key role in connecting top talent with specialist markets where demand is consistently high. Your primary responsibilities include: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.

To succeed in this role, you should have: A bachelor's degree in any discipline (minimum 2:1 or equivalent preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A results-oriented mindset and resilience to handle rejection and high-pressure situations.
