Student Trainee , GS-0299-05

As a Student Trainee under the Pathways Internship Program, you will support the Talent and Acquisition Management Branch (TAM) with recruitment, selection, and outreach activities for the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF). Your responsibilities include applying basic staffing principles to hire new talent, participating in outreach events for the organization, supporting special hiring programs processes, and using online recruitment platforms to engage and recruit employees or volunteers. This role provides hands-on experience in federal career exploration and talent acquisition.

Applicants must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited academic institution and have a 2.5 GPA or higher to be eligible for a Pathways Internship Appointment.
