岗位职责
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with both short-term rehabilitation residents and long-term care residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Your primary responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations on patients to assess their functional abilities and needs.
You will guide patients in the use of therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities designed to improve their independence and quality of life.
This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting interventions as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or with geriatric populations is preferred.
