岗位职责
As an HR Controlling Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and supporting financial processes during a period of organizational transition. Your key responsibilities include:
Data Control and Validation: Monitor and control HR data during the transition period (changes in organizations, cost centers, job families, etc.) using the Data Shaker tool and ad-hoc reports. Ensure that corrections are taken up by the relevant teams.
Monthly Closing Support: Assist the HR Controller in preparing monthly closing elements to be passed to accounting.

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Data Shaker, Adaptive) is a plus.
