People & Culture Intern

As a People & Culture (P&C) Intern based in Singapore, you will support strategic projects and initiatives focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Commercial Organization (GCO) People & Culture team. You will work closely with the P&C Organizational Business Partner team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and organizational development. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic P&C projects that align with business goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
