The Multi Drug Resistant Organism Coordinator (MDROC) Registered Nurse (RN) executes position responsibilities to improve patient and organizational outcomes.
The MDROC is responsible for providing expert guidance on evidence-based infection prevention (IP) practices.
The MDROC establishes surveillance parameters and conducts monitoring to identify and reduce the risk of acquiring and transmitting infections among patients, employees, visitors, and students.
