Human Capital Policy Intern

As a Human Capital Policy Intern, you will support Federal missions through a volunteer project-based opportunity. Your responsibilities include researching and analyzing data related to human capital policies, assisting in the development of policy recommendations, and contributing to projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with team members in both in-person and virtual environments, utilizing strong communication skills to present findings and insights.

Must be enrolled not less than half-time in an accredited trade school, technical or vocational institute, junior college, college, university, or other accredited educational institution. Participation must be with the permission of the institution at which the student is enrolled.
