Application Development & Support Career Training Program

The Application Development & Support Career Training Program is designed to prepare participants for roles in application development and technical support. Participants will engage in intensive skill development that combines technical training with professional skills. Technical Training: - Learn application development fundamentals, including programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Gain hands-on experience with software development tools, version control systems, and debugging techniques. - Understand database management, SQL, and data integration concepts. - Develop skills in application support, including troubleshooting, incident management, and system monitoring. Professional Training: - Build communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills essential for corporate environments. - Receive coaching on resume writing, interview techniques, and professional networking. - Participate in workshops on business etiquette, time management, and project coordination. Internship and Job Placement Support: - Access to internships with partner companies to apply technical skills in real-world settings. - Receive job placement support through YUPRO Placement, a talent placement firm, to secure roles in application development or support. - Engage in personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program to ensure career readiness. Program Structure: - The program is one year or less in duration, combining classroom learning with practical experience. - Participants receive an educational stipend during the program. - The curriculum is structured to transition participants from training to full-time employment in the tech industry.

Qualifications and requirements: - Must be a young adult, typically between 18 and 29 years old. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - No prior technical experience necessary; program is open to individuals with a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software applications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to commit to the full program duration (one year or less). - Must be eligible to work in the United States. - Demonstrated motivation and desire to pursue a career in application development or IT support.
