Business Solutions Architecture Intern

The Business Solutions Architecture (BSA) Intern will work within the HERE Customer Organization (CCO AMER), embedded with the Business Solutions Architecture (BSA) team. The BSA team supports customer-facing technical engagements and plays a critical role in accelerating time-to-value for HERE customers. Key responsibilities include: Leading and contributing to projects that improve BSA effectiveness through AI enablement, workflow optimization, and technical documentation. Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and enhance technical support for customer engagements.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with AI concepts and tools (e.g.
