Graduate Enclosure Consultant - Diagnostics

As a Graduate Enclosure Consultant in Diagnostics, you will investigate and determine the service life of building enclosure assemblies. Your responsibilities include assessing enclosure systems and designing repairs for existing systems. You will perform enclosure reviews to evaluate air infiltration, rainwater control, heat transfer, and vapor transmission. Additionally, you will conduct building performance analysis, including evaluating daylighting, solar heat gain, thermal energy transfer, and holistic integration of building systems.

Qualified individual with a background in building science, architecture, engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of building enclosure systems, including air and moisture management, thermal performance, and energy efficiency.
