Entry-Level Forensic Civil/Structural Engineer

As an Entry-Level Forensic Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing structural failures and damages. Your duties will include conducting field inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial structures to assess damage from events such as fires, storms, or collapses. You will collect and document evidence through photographs, measurements, and sketches. In the office, you will perform structural analysis using engineering principles and software to determine the cause and origin of failures.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. 0-2 years of experience in structural engineering or forensic engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
