Construction Intern - Philadelphia

The Construction Intern will support project teams in the Philadelphia area by assisting with daily construction operations. Responsibilities include: coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring project schedules and budgets, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, preparing and maintaining project documentation such as reports and submittals, and assisting with material takeoffs and quantity surveys. The intern will also participate in project meetings, help resolve field issues, and learn about construction methods and materials.

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
