As a Construction Intern at Cortland, you will gain hands-on experience in the multifamily construction industry.
Your responsibilities will include assisting project managers with daily operations, supporting the coordination of subcontractors and vendors, and participating in site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
You will help maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and contribute to the preparation of project status updates.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
