As a Field Construction Intern for Summer 2026, you will work directly under the On-Site Project Superintendent, gaining hands-on experience in multifamily construction projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily on-site operations, such as monitoring construction progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating with subcontractors. You will help maintain project schedules, track material deliveries, and document site activities through daily reports and photographs.

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
