Assist in day-to-day supervised activities related to the development of a construction project to build foundational knowledge in construction management, business and project financial management, project safety protocols, and subcontractor relations. Support project teams in coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Participate in site visits, document control, and communication with subcontractors and vendors. Contribute to project scheduling, cost tracking, and quality assurance processes.

Currently enrolled in a degree program in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions. Basic understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
