Field Construction Intern - Summer 2026

As a Field Construction Intern for Summer 2026, you will work directly under the On-Site Project Superintendent, gaining hands-on experience in multifamily construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the project team with daily construction activities, including monitoring progress, quality control, and safety compliance on job sites. Supporting the superintendent in coordinating subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure project timelines are met. Participating in project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong interest in field construction and project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
