【岗位职责】 参与课堂技能培训，学习项目管理方法论、工具及最佳实践；负责规划、执行和监控项目，管理时间线与预算，协调团队资源，并与利益相关者有效沟通；通过实习机会在真实商业环境中应用所学知识，参与支持组织目标的项目工作；接受个性化辅导与指导，包括简历撰写、面试准备及职场礼仪方面的提升。 【任职要求】 无特定任职要求，该培训项目面向希望启动项目管理职业的参与者，旨在通过综合学习体验（结合课堂理论与实际应用）为入门级项目管理岗位（如项目协调员或助理项目经理）做好准备。

Applicants must be young adults seeking to enter or advance in the workforce. No prior project management experience is required, but a strong interest in developing project management skills is essential. Participants should be motivated to complete an intensive, one-year or less training program that includes both classroom instruction and internship placement. Basic proficiency in English and a willingness to learn technical and professional skills are necessary. Participants must be eligible to receive an educational stipend as part of the program.
