Project Management Career Training Program

The Project Management Career Training Program is designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed to launch a career in project management. Throughout the program, participants receive personalized coaching and mentorship to enhance their professional growth, including guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette. The program aims to prepare individuals for entry-level project management roles, such as project coordinator or assistant project manager, by providing a comprehensive learning experience that bridges classroom theory with practical application.

Applicants must be young adults seeking to enter or advance in the workforce. No prior project management experience is required, but a strong interest in developing project management skills is essential. Participants should be motivated to complete an intensive, one-year or less training program that includes both classroom instruction and internship placement. Basic proficiency in English and a willingness to learn technical and professional skills are necessary. Participants must be eligible to receive an educational stipend as part of the program.
