Chief of Staff to Head of People Internship

As Chief of Staff to the Head of People, you will work directly with our Head of People, Christian, to drive strategic people initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Head of People to define and implement the people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and culture building. Support the translation of high-level goals into actionable plans and track progress against key metrics.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Qualifications include: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
