BMS Project Engineer

As a BMS Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects from inception to completion. Your primary duties include: Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project requirements, develop BMS system designs, and create detailed engineering documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and control sequences. System Integration: Configure, program, and commission BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and other field devices.

To be successful in this role, you should possess: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation systems. Strong knowledge of BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and control logic.
