YOUTH PROGRAM ASST (SUMMER HIRE, NTE 9

This position is assigned to the Lakehurst School Aged Center, Lakehurst, New Jersey, within the Department of the Air Force Child and Youth Programs. The Youth Program Assistant will support the operation of a school-aged care program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children and youth. Responsibilities include assisting with the planning and implementation of activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

ALL LEVELS: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent, with proof (diploma or equivalent) required. TARGET LEVEL: 18 months of experience working in any childcare or youth program. Completion of DoD approved competency-training courses.
