Desktop Support Job Training Program

【岗位职责】 提供桌面支持服务，包括故障排除硬件和软件问题、安装和配置计算机系统、维护网络连接；响应帮助台工单，诊断问题并及时解决技术问题；设置新工作站、管理用户账户、确保系统安全；与IT团队成员协作改进支持流程，并记录常见问题的解决方案；协助系统升级、补丁管理和IT资产库存跟踪；与用户有效沟通，了解其技术需求并提供清晰指导；根据需要前往不同地点提供现场支持。 【任职要求】 具备故障排除硬件和软件问题的能力；熟悉安装和配置计算机系统及维护网络连接；能够响应帮助台工单并按时解决技术问题；有设置工作站、管理用户账户和确保系统安全的经验；善于与IT团队协作并记录解决方案；具备系统升级、补丁管理和资产跟踪的技能；拥有良好的沟通能力，能理解用户需求并提供清晰指导；能适应在不同地点间出差提供现场支持。

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred. CompTIA A+ certification or similar is a plus. Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common hardware components. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for equipment setup. Prior experience in a help desk or customer service role is advantageous. Must be willing to participate in a one-year job training program that includes classroom instruction and internship placement.
