Structural Engineering Intern- Summer 2026

As a Structural Engineering Intern on the Ports and Maritime Team, you will assist in the design and analysis of marine structures, including piers, wharves, bulkheads, and other waterfront facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Performing structural calculations and analysis using engineering software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, or similar). Preparing design drawings and specifications under the guidance of senior engineers. Conducting site visits to observe construction progress and collect field data. Assisting in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.

Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework.
