Child And Youth Program Assistant

The Child And Youth Program Assistant is responsible for providing direct care and supervision to children and youth in a structured program environment. Duties include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. The assistant will ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, maintain a clean and organized environment, and adhere to program policies and procedures.

ALL LEVELS: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent, with proof (diploma or equivalent) required. TARGET LEVEL: 18 months of experience working in any childcare or youth program. Completion of DoD-approved competency-training courses.

This is a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) FLEX position located at Eglin CDC 2, part of the 96th Force Support Squadron, providing support services at Eglin Air Force Base.
