Founder Associate - Internship

As a Founding Associate Intern at Pelagon, you will play a key role in building the future of maritime defense. Your responsibilities will span across multiple functions to support the early-stage growth of the company. Strategic Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth market research on maritime defense technologies, competitor landscapes, and customer needs. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for product development and business expansion. Support the founding team in strategic decision-making by preparing reports and presentations.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.

Pelagon is building a foundational multimodal acoustic model for autonomous maritime defense, focusing on securing Europe's maritime infrastructure.
