岗位职责
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the HR team in Milan (Lorenteggio area) by actively and passively sourcing candidates through various channels.
You will contact candidates, manage relationships with Italian universities, and participate in generic university events such as career days and ad-hoc events like company presentations.
Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining candidate databases.

You are fluent in Italian and English.
You have strong communication and organizational skills.
